"Wine & Tuscan specialties"

The complete wine and food tour is an informative and unique experience for each estate. It begins with an introduction to the history of the estate as you walk through the vineyards. You will also learn about our organic production methods and the natural maintenance of our vines. Then you will discover the Villa Strozzi and our symbol, the ‘Cedro’, an almost three hundred year old cedar of Lebanon. Finally, we will show you the needs and requirements of our organic wine making, the cellars where you can enjoy a welcome glass of Chianti. Finally, in the evening we will organise a sensory experience: a dinner with Tuscan food and our organic wines.

Access

  • In front of the cellars entrance: Fattoria Lavacchio Winery, Via di Montefiesole, Pontassieve, FI, Italia
  • It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time
  • Free parking
  • You can also come to Pontassieve station by train. Please note that there is no taxi service upon arrival at the station. If you need a transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with all the necessary information in order to arrange your pick-up. In 15 minutes you will be on our wine estate!
