Focus on the restaurant offer during your stay

Breakfast- 8am to 10am
At La Cucina di Casabella, sit by the fireplace or on the terrace to enjoy the view and savour Antonella’s delicacies, around a sweet and savoury buffet, gourmet and friendly, freshly created that very morning. Access is reserved for guests staying in rooms or suites, and is available to guests staying in flats or villas upon prior reservation.

Lunch – 12:30 et 14:30 on reservation
La Cucina di Casabella is open for lunch at weekends and during the week on reservation.
La Veranda in Piscina a swimming pool, a view of the olive trees, a chic and sparkling summer atmosphere inviting you to savour Antonella’s fresh dishes. This place, designed to preserve the privacy of everyone and to favour the greatest osmosis with the surrounding nature, offers a limited number of tables. Very popular with the lucky ones staying at the Domaine, it is recommended to book well in advance in season. Here, in a natural setting, plunge into an olfactory and gustatory journey of Tuscan dishes sublimated by the organic wines of the Estate. Don’t forget to enjoy one of the unique cocktails that our bartender Elia will prepare for you using the Estate’s wines and 100% local ingredients.

La Cucina di Casabella for our guests but also for those who want to enjoy the beautiful Chianti hills without missing a gourmet stop at sunset. Fine and generous, sometimes daring but always traditional, our cook’s tasty dishes like to surprise and seduce the palate of the guests. Remember to book your bistecca fiorentina.

Two of our buildings offer room hire: Casabella, the main building, where you will also find the reception, restaurants and pool, with its elegant and rustic decor and terra cotta flooring. And Casanova, an annex building located 300 meters away, with its Tuscan, “Shabby Chic” design. Located in the heart of the estate, among the vines and olive groves, there is also a pool and a car park equipped with a charging point for electric vehicles.
Fall under the spell of the Tuscan scenery and savor your stay while gazing out at the Chianti Rufina hills from your bedroom. Every morning, savor a hearty breakfast packed with organic produce from the garden or from local producers.

The Apartments

Rent an apartment in one of the estate’s two buildings, Monterifrassine or Casanova. Each apartment features its own kitchen, leaving you free to discover the Tuscan dolce vita and head to the market in Florence or stock up on artisanal organic produce at the Bottega del Mulino grocery store located just a stone’s throw from each apartment. All the apartments feature a fireplace, Wi-Fi connection and you can also make use of Casabella pool.
