The magic of earth and fire...

Our ceramics course is a unique experience and an opportunity not to be missed!
Adults and children can show their creative side and become true craftsmen. First you will be introduced to the origins and uses of the art of maiolica.

Then, the ceramist, a famous local craftsman, will teach you the techniques and secrets to make your own piece that will express your uniqueness.

After trying out the rolling technique used by the Etruscans, you can choose an object and decorate it.

It will then need to be fired for 24 hours.

What is included

When your ceramic is ready (about 2 weeks), we will ship it directly to you (shipping costs are not included in the price).

Access

In front of the cellars entrance: Fattoria Lavacchio Winery, Via di Montefiesole, Pontassieve, FI, Italia
It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time
Free parking
You can also come to Pontassieve station by train. Please note that there is no taxi service upon arrival at the station. If you need a transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with all the necessary information in order to arrange your pick-up. In 15 minutes you will be on our wine estate!
