The Monterifrassine building is located 250 metres from Casabella, towards the windmill. This is where this flat is located.

On the ground floor of the building, there is a common equipped laundry. Outside, in the communal garden, there is a barbecue, deckchairs, wrought iron tables and chairs.

Across the street is the Bottega del Mulino, our grocery shop selling local products and especially products from the estate.

• Breakfast
  You will sit by the fireplace or in the farmyard to enjoy the view and savor our delicacies around a sweet and savory, gourmet and convivial buffet prepared each morning. Access is reserved for guests staying in rooms or suites, but is available, by reservation, for apartment or villa guests.
• Lunch – upon request
  In summer, you can enjoy fresh dishes and salads on the veranda overlooking the pool. This place, designed to preserve everyone’s privacy and to encourage maximum symbiosis with the surrounding nature, offers a limited number of tables. Be sure to enjoy one of the unique cocktails our bartender will prepare for you using our 100% local wines and ingredients.
• Snack – closed on Mondays
  La Bottega del Mulino is our wine store and store for local products. Located in front of the estate’s mill, it is the perfect place to start your morning off right with a coffee and artisanal pastries; taste our wines accompanied by taglieri and special schiacciate: the perfect combination for an aperitif among the vines.
• Dinner – closed on Wednesdays
  Our, restaurant, Cucina di Casabella welcomes our guests as well as those who want to enjoy the beautiful Chianti hills without missing a mouth-watering stop at sunset. Refined and generous, sometimes bold but always traditional, Chef’s tasty dishes love to surprise and seduce guests’ palates. Remember to reserve your Florentine steak.
