An immersive experience of relaxation, nature and taste!

Our chef reveals all the secrets of Tuscan cuisine. Like the rest of Fattoria Lavacchio, the cooking class uses only local and organic products.

After collecting your ingredients from the garden, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta, seasonal vegetables and local meats, followed by the dessert of the moment. You will be able to taste your dishes accompanied by our organic wines.

From November to January, we also offer introductory courses in charcuterie to discover the art of prosciutto, salami and much more…

Access

In front of the cellars entrance: Fattoria Lavacchio Winery, Via di Montefiesole, Pontassieve, FI, Italia
It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time
Free parking
You can also come to Pontassieve station by train. Please note that there is no taxi service upon arrival at the station. If you need a transfer, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance with all the necessary information in order to arrange your pick-up. In 15 minutes you will be on our wine estate!
