The estate is entirely organic and rests on 270 acres, of which 52 acres are vineyards. Our Estate is certified according to the National Organic Program NOP and the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

The grapes and olives are harvested by hand in the traditional Tuscan method to ensure a proper selection of fruit. The strict guidelines applied in organic agriculture guarantee the best quality year after year. Our wines are produced exclusively from the organically grown grapes of our own vineyards, by combining the best of the traditional methods of production with the most advanced technologies of today. The area is characterised by high hills, calcareous-sandy soils and a more rigid climate than other Tuscan viticulture areas. These characteristics contribute to the production of wines of outstanding quality with great character and personality and singularly long life. Our wines have received many prestigious international reviews and the press have unanimously recognised that they must have their own special place in the gamut of Tuscan wines.
